【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardistobeusedtogetherwithPart1andseriesofPart3andassuchtheyspecifygeneralconditions,requirementsandmethodstopreventhazardsofcranesbydesignandtheoreticalverification.NOTESpecificrequirementsforparticulartypesofcranearegivenintheappropriateEuropeanStandardfortheparticularcranetype.Thefollowingisalistofsignificanthazardoussituationsandhazardouseventsthatcouldresultinriskstopersonsduringnormaluseandforeseeablemisuse.Clause4isnecessarytoreduceoreliminatetherisksassociatedwiththefollowinghazards:a)rigidbodyinstabilityofthecraneoritsparts(tiltingandshifting);b)exceedingthelimitsofstrength(yield,ultimate,fatigue);c)elasticinstabilityofthecraneoritsparts(buckling,bulging);d)exceedingtemperaturelimitsofmaterialorcomponents;e)exceedingthedeformationlimits.ThisEuropeanStandardisapplicabletocraneswhicharemanufacturedafterthedateofapprovalbyCENofthisstandardandservesasreferencebasefortheEuropeanStandardsforparticularcranetypes.
