【摘要】:(1)EN1993-1-6givesbasicdesignrulesforplatedsteelstructuresthathavetheformofashellofrevolution.(2)ThisStandardisintendedforuseinconjunctionwithEN1993-1-1,EN1993-1-3,EN1993-1-4,EN1993-1-9andtherelevantapplicationpartsofEN1993,whichinclude:Part3.1fortowersandmasts;Part3.2forchimneys;Part4.1forsilos;Part4.2fortanks;Part4.3forpipelines.(3)ThisStandarddefinesthecharacteristicanddesignvaluesoftheresistanceofthestructure.(4)ThisStandardisconcernedwiththerequirementsfordesignagainsttheultimatelimitstatesof:plasticlimit;cyclicplasticity;buckling;fatigue.(5)Overallequilibriumofthestructure(sliding,uplifting,overturning)isnotincludedinthisStandard,butistreatedinEN1993-1-1.SpecialconsiderationsforspecificapplicationsareincludedintherelevantapplicationpartsofEN1993.(6)TheprovisionsinthisStandardapplytoaxisymmetricshellsandassociatedcircularorannularplatesandtobeamsectionringsandstringerstiffenerswheretheyformpartofthecompletestructure.Generalproceduresforcomputercalculationsofallshellformsarecovered.DetailedexpressionsforthehandcalculationofunstiffenedcylindersandconesaregivenintheAnnexes.(7)CylindricalandconicalpanelsarenotexplicitlycoveredbythisStandard.However,theprovisionscanbeapplicableiftheappropriateboundaryconditionsaredulytakenintoaccount.(8)ThisStandardisintendedforapplicationtosteelshellstructures.Wherenostandardexistsforshellstructuresmadeofothermetals,theprovisionsofthisstandardsmaybeappliedprovidedthattheappropriatematerialpropertiesaredulytakenintoaccount.(9)TheprovisionsofthisStandardareintendedtobeappliedwithinthetemperaturerangedefinedintherelevantEN1993applicationparts.Themaximumtemperatureisrestrictedsothattheinfluenceofcreepcanbeneglectedifhightemperaturecreepeffectsarenotcoveredbytherelevantapplicationpart.(10)TheprovisionsinthisStandardapplytostructuresthatsatisfythebrittlefractureprovisionsgiveninEN1993-1-10.(11)TheprovisionsofthisStandardapplytostructuraldesignunderactionsthatcanbetreatedasquasi-staticinnature.(12)InthisStandard,itisassumedthatbothwindloadingandbulksolidsflowcan,ingeneral,betreatedasquasi-staticactions.(13)DynamiceffectsshouldbetakenintoaccountaccordingtotherelevantapplicationpartofEN1993,includingtheconsequencesforfatigue.However,thestressresultantsarisingfromdynamicbehaviouraretreatedinthispartasquasi-static.(14)TheprovisionsinthisStandardapplytostructuresthatareconstructedinaccordancewithEN1090-2.(15)ThisStandarddoesnotcovertheaspectsofleakage.(16)ThisStandardisintendedforapplicationtostructureswithinthefollowinglimits:designmetaltemperatureswithintherange?50°Cto+300°C;radiustothicknessratioswithintherange20to5000.NOTE:Itshouldbenotedthatthestressdesignrulesofthisstandardmayberatherconservativeifappliedtosomegeometriesandloadingconditionsforrelativelythick-walledshells.
